On this day, I facilitated a music expression group at a local Drop In center... don't mind all the noise in the background, folks were building their lives literally from the inside out. Shout out to resilience and wellness! I came in early this day to warm up my vocals and felt particularly thankful, and an impromptu praise and worship broke out in me.
